I go by the moniker “mloylo”… some weird spelling version of Mellow Yellow. A little reference to Donovan. I run a 20-plus-years-old family business w/ seven figure sales More specifically I’m working on bringing a new product to market and entering an existing product into a different continent. If you’re an entrepreneur or are interesting in starting your own business, I share lessons I learn and good articles I come across as well.
In my previous job post I was a proprietary trader at Kershner Trading Group in Austin. I don’t actively trade now but I still do follow the market.
At the moment I’m studying for the GMAT and preparing for MBA, which you’ll witness that process along with tips that I come across myself.
I share things I’m passionate about: good music, food, photography, and traveling
I believe in making the best of each day and making it better than the day before. I think most people will agree with me that it is the journey that makes you happy, not the destination.

Hi,
My name is Kirk and I am the founder of http://www.theoptionwriter.com. I found your site through a Google blog search I was doing this afternoon and wrote down your site to touch base with you. I was wondering if you are possibly interested in an affiliate program between our two sites. It’s very similar to AdSense. We would pay you 25% of the subscriptions you send our way and the same percentage of all the same recurring subscription payments (pretty healthy stream of income). I’ll be honest with you and say that you’re not going to make $2,000 a month this way. However, most of partners are in the $100-$200 dollar range depending on your site’s traffic.
Please let me know what you think about this. We don’t give out the link to sign up because we are selective on our partners. So if your interested please let me know and I’ll send you the sign up link. You can email me back at kirk@theoptionwriter.com
Thanks for your time in advance!
Hi, nice to meet you !
Hey mloylo,
I’m just doing some random web surfing and found your blog about your trading career at Kershner. I just celebrated (for a lack of a better word) my first year. Obviously the market has been difficult and KTG has gone through huge changes with me being in the middle of them all.
Anyways, I wanted to just drop by and say, “hello.” It’s funny how similar our posts are. Good luck in life. Hope to chat w you in the future. Thank you for opening up your career for us all.
Hey J, thanks for the note. Good luck at KTG. It’s a challenging job. Don’t give up on your dream.
